TreeTopAssassin - 01/24/2014 Does any one know what's going on with them? Customer services seems to be none existent. Called 2 days ago left a message and no call back. Not to mention the low quality on my bow. I bought a Alian X in 2010 I have had 2 sets of limbs put on now I need a third. Also had new draw mods put on do to screw holes drilled into each other. I have had a few Martin bows before with no problems. And I use to get a call back the same day. Not bashing the company, just kind of getting frustrated. When I got the last set of limbs (3 months ago) all they had was one set of limbs, 75lb, and didn't know when the would get more. 2.) Swamp Fox - 01/24/2014 Customer service, especially by phone, isn't what it used to be in a lot of places even 10 years ago. A lot of reasons for that, but it comes down the idea that you have to do a little more to get attention than you used to. Give them another ring, and back it up with an email. Here's a list of options in case they've changed their departments or phone numbers around on you since the last time you called: http://www.martinarchery.com/2013/customerservice.php 3.) TreeTopAssassin - 01/24/2014 Thanks. Don't see an email option may not show up on the mobile web site (just moved no inter net at the moment). I left another message of the warranty department hoping to hear from them soon. And the find a dealer option has been down for a few days. 4.) ARCHERXP - 01/25/2014 if i'm not mistaken, they're going through restructuring. |
