1.) toxophilite - 08/13/2014
he did some great things but suicide is the cowards way out and I have no respect for anyone who takes their own life. :td::td:
2.) bluecat - 08/13/2014
He certainly was battling some inner demons. I hope he is in peace.
3.) Swamp Fox - 08/13/2014
It's very sad.
4.) bow-fishhunter - 08/14/2014
I read he was in such a dark place that he tried to slit his wrists and couldn't do it so he decided to hang himself in a door way by sitting down, knowing he could just simply stand up. Sad and senseless. I pray for his family.

To me it makes sense when people have no hope, no future, no faith, no direction, whatever they struggle with. This world can be a tough place especially when mental illness or addiction is added to the equation. Not too hard to comprehend to me.
6.) Wild Bob - 08/14/2014
I'm with you on this one Luv2. Having had a couple of family members that have struggled with this...I can't imagine what they deal with. It's an illness, and I can't pass judgment on that. Anyone that hasn't had this in their family, or experienced it first hand, should count their lucky stars and be grateful in my opinion.
7.) Swamp Fox - 08/14/2014
There have been quite a few good articles about his over the last few days, from various angles. It's not fun reading, but it's insightful. Might open some eyes no matter what your initial take on this is.

I can throw up some links later tonight if anyone's interested.
