Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for a place to turkey hunt in Texas this year and I thought this might be a good place to ask for any tips on locating a place.

Couple of points:
- I already have the Texas license and turkey tags
- I'm looking for a place to hunt on two specific weekends (April 2-3 and April 9-10)
- I will be working in Dallas the week between those weekends and will have a rental car
- I prefer self guided ideally. I'm an experienced turkey hunter with my own gear and do my own calling
- I don't require lodging and food. I plan on just grabbing a hotel and eating sandwiches out of a cooler. However I'm willing to consider a food and lodging package if the right place offers one
- I'm willing to pay to access property or leverage a lodge/outfitter. Getting after birds is paramount, and I'm willing to consider any and all options

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Dan
