Yeah, but look what that rough ride did to his fishing rod! LOL

Kayak fishing's quite a lot of fun. I've never seen a jet around here, though. I can imagine it would be pretty cool on some of the rivers if you don't want to have a small boat for some reason. Very impressed with how it handled wakes but would like to see it in a chop...or at least whitecaps, LOL.

Thanks for the video. :tu:

One thing is for sure. You're going to get wet in it.

MOKIA OUT OF NEW YORK MAKES THEM AS WELL. POWERED BY SUBARU JET DRIVE SO YOU CAN BE IN LIKE 6" OF WATER EVEN. AND BREAK DOWN IN 3 PIECES FOR EASY TRANSPORT AND STORAGE.

That break-down ability is pretty neat. I wonder how tough the plastic is on rocks.

All the jet boats I know that run in the rivers are aluminum for durability, but I think even the smallest are too heavy to run in 6 inches. Which is alright around here for what I'd want to do. I looked into a jet-drive a few years ago, but decided against it. It's not really necessary for what I do except a couple of places I don't get to that often.
