I hate thinking that these things aren't random.

The young boy seems to have killed his father first then came to school. I'm going out on a limb to say that the school officials HAD TO have seen some sort of emotional issues with this child. Crazy world.

As my dad used to say, "More nuts than squirrels out there."

Lots of them pretty young.

You watch video of some of these fragile college kids literally hysterical over something or other and you wonder when one of them is going to completely snap. (The idiocy over Halloween costumes at Yale last year would be a prime place to start looking. Those kids can't make it through a beautiful fall day at an Ivy League university, so good luck to them out in the world.)

We'll see how the media treats this shooting.

In the meantime, I thought this might be interesting while we're at it. This is by far the worst Snopes commentary I've ever seen. I kept reading thinking down at the bottom I was gonna find out the entry was co-authored by Blll "The Meaning Of Is" and Hillary "Marked Classified" Clinton.

From earlier this summer:

Concealed carrier prevents mass shooting at South-Carolina nightclub

BTW, the kid in Townvillle was subdued, one way or another, by an unarmed firefighter according to what I read yesterday.

Even funnier.......when the liberal media portrays a "mass shooting" for use in a chart to support more gun laws, they use any shooting of more than 1 person as a "mass shooting" no matter if it was gang related, drive by, accidental, whatever. This one, they are using as a non "mass shooting" because they think the man was trying to shoot someone after an argument so it can't be depicted as a "mass shooting".
Twist it whatever way fits your agenda I guess.

Interesting, so whenever a concealed carry permit holder intervenes, the argument will always be, was this really going to be a mass shooting?

I just found this out Jon. My daughter was talking about all these mass shootings in the U.S. so I challenged her and come to find out, the definition of "mass shooting" has changed from the obvious to more than 1 person.

Lunacy
8.) bluecat - 09/29/2016
...but when they didn't find weapons of "mass" destruction I bet they were referring to more than 1 person.

Ready or not, we're going to come looking in 60 days...
9.) Swamp Fox - 09/29/2016
Good points, Jon and Bluecat.

I noticed Fox News was running the long-debunked school shootings map (or one of them) with this story this morning, although it is described as illustrating where "a gun was discharged on school grounds." That description might be slightly less misleading than original versions of the same propaganda, but the message is still B.S. when used in this context.
