Dead or alive...

This is gaining some steam. I noticed some commercial wild boar snack sticks (jerky) a while back that I'd like to try. I'd like to find wild pork in a restaurant that A) doesn't ruin it and B) doesn't charge for it like it's filet mignon.

Texas has been buying meat for a while. Florida is just getting off the ground. I'd like to know where else is allowing the sale of meat by hunters or trappers.

Let me know if you know where else this is being tried or discussed.
