pretty good hunting the first night, the turkeys did what they were suppose to do..yelped on my tom teaser glass call and sure enough one gobbled about 6 pm and was coming, i first seen him about 75 yards are so and he kept creepin in, but stopped about 15 yards from my decoys..which left me about a 25 yard shot..he seem like he was inching his way forward but i couldnt take it no more.. my nerves where shot,so i had to let a arrow loose! thought i hit him good but he just kinda walked away..found blood and feathers at the impact of the shot but no turkey.. looked around again the next morning with no luck..

next night i put my decoys about 5 yards from my blind..sunday night.. we planed on getting out at 730 so we could gather all are gear before it got to dark..anyhow got in the blind about 330 and there where hens yelpin all night.. then the gobblers started to gobble around 530 but nothing really close. around 700 pm i startedplayin around with my calls doing some long purrs and some clucks ..loud!..sure enough heard gobbles off to my right and peaked out of my blind to see 3 jakes come into the decoys, and they where stairing down my dsd jake decoy at 7 yards..nailed him in the wingbutt, did a flip and died ...my go too broadhead for turkeys now is the wasp jackhammer..
