...that I was hardcore.

Yes, that's real. The Coalition to Prevent Gun Violence is letting you know via Facebook that a 124+ year-old Russian bolt-action rifle with a capacity of 5 rounds is the preferred "fetish rifle" (whatever that's supposed to mean) of "hardcore insurrectionists".

We laugh at all of those rebels around the world wasting time with their full-auto AK-47s, FN-FALs, RPGs, etc.

Do you also fart in our general direction?
3.) Swamp Fox - 10/12/2015
Well, of course it is. Otherwise they'd have to concede that it's the same as other long guns they insist they have nothing against.

God forbid they ever came across a Brown Bess. Their heads would explode trying to figure THAT out.

I've got your insurrection right here...[:grabbing motion:] :wink

No, but your father does have the delightful aroma of pie fruit about him.

You know, I've been trying to think how the CSGV could possibly appear more stupid than they already are, and so I offer them this gift:

Next time you see someone with a M-N rifle and it has an 80 year-old scope on it, call it a "sniper rifle"...

LOL...

Exactly...

But maybe the CSGV has a problem with the battle against Nazism....

(They should feel free to advocate their preference for Nazism or Stalinism here...)

Need more of a giggle?

This from the same morons who posted some other clueless article a year or two ago that I banged on about on here, but for which I don't remember the exact idiocy.

AK15 Rapid Fire Gun Still Available Online

By Douglas A. McIntyre\tAugust 27, 2015 6:33 am EDT

[I]Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (NYSE: WMT) has stopped its sales of the AK15 and other semi-automatic rifles, but they are still available at a number of places online...

In an article from Bearing Arms that was highly referenced in the media, the author wrote:

"Walmart’s Senior Director for Corporate Communications Kory Lundberg has confirmed rumors that Walmart will no longer be stocking modern sports rifles such as the AR-15, nor semi-automatic shotguns with a magazine capacity of seven or more rounds.

Lundberg states that politics played no role in the chain’s decision to stop selling the rifles and shotguns, and that it was purely a business decision that drove an inventory correction.

Wal-Mart said the decision was a financial one, not one made due to outside pressure."

Someone is making money on the sales of assault rifles, or has decided to sell them at a loss. Several websites carry the AK15 and rifles with even higher capacity.

Among the sites selling these sorts of guns is Atlantic Firearms. For the time being, its pages for the sale of the AK15 are not available. However, there are many models of the AK47, which include the RAK AK47 Sunburst — for $1,339.

[Emphasis mine, LOL]

I don't think this is what the geniuses at WS 24/7 meant, even by accident, LOL:

Next thing you'll tell me is that Playboy will no longer will have nude pictures.

I'm still wondering when a below-room-temperature IQ became a prerequisite for acceptance into a journalism major program.
11.) Swamp Fox - 10/13/2015
I think it's less the journalism degree than the copy/paste mentality. And the lack of editors. At least in this instance. But then again, J-school attracts mostly do-gooders and firearms virgins, so they're not starting off strong, LOL.

I can see where an AK15 could be a fetish rifle, though....:wink

AK15, 16....whatever it takes...LOL
