1.) Wild Bob - 02/03/2016
And here is the video about making Seal Blood Pudding: It's interesting seeing different hunting cultures and their food.

2.) Swamp Fox - 02/03/2016
I think we're gonna need a bigger bowl!

Did you post a seal hunt video?

Is the blood pudding all fatback (for meat), or do they use anything else? I caught the first 9 minutes...will have to watch the rest later.
3.) DParker - 02/03/2016
I kept waiting for them to mix in a little spotted owl meat, just for the full PETA piss-off effect.
4.) Wild Bob - 02/03/2016
Swampy - hunt video is posted in BG section...
5.) bluecat - 02/03/2016
I made it to the 4:16 mark. Anybody beat that?

Here's your sign, LOL...But I know where you're coming from. :-)

So if he's using pork in this recipe, what happened to the seal meat and blubber? Is there a video about that?

I still have to watch the rest of the video to see if I'd eat this...LOL
7.) Swamp Fox - 02/04/2016
Okay, yes, I finished the video last night.

My favorite part is where he's fried it in slabs and is having it with eggs for breakfast. I'd need a nap after that...Ask me how I know...

I also recognized one of the songs playing in the background as he was shoveling, but I can't put my finger on the name of the tune. Perhaps some other Celtic Music or Sea Chanty aficionado can help me out. :wink Aaahrr!

Bottom line: "Give some to Swampy! He hates everything!"---LOL
