I don't want to create my own fish breader...I usually cut some store-bought stuff with my own flour in varying amounts, depending on the breader...


I have Zatarain's, a few of the Louisiana, and several of the local breaders down to almost a science...LOL

Last night, I caught the world's oldest three-pound channel cat...His head was huge, but he had nothing in the chest. He hit the bait like a man, but once he knew he was caught, it was like he just gave up, and Viking lingerie models just didn't mean anything to him anymore.

It was sad, but tasty.
