This is what happens when a couple of good ol' Georgia boys get bored and watch too many episodes of Jesse Ventura spouting conspiracy theories:

Suspected terrorists believe research facility controls minds, traps souls

As if the substance of the story weren't goofy enough, they had to throw this bit of derp in...
Investigators said the massive amount of arsenal seized looked like something out of a movie, one where a small army was headed to war.
"massive amount of arsenal"....."small army"..."headed to war" Yikes! What did they have? Crates full of belt-fed machine guns?! Grenades?! RPGs?!
Four AR-15 rifles, four Glock hand guns, a Remington rifle and two to three thousand rounds of ammunition were found...
:re: Bloody hell. That barely qualifies as a good day at the range for two people.

'Course, I'd love to be in the interrogation room when a detective asks these two geniuses how they were planning on getting their "arsenal" through Canada.
2.) Swamp Fox - 11/02/2016
That WOULD be a small army!---LOL

I'm shocked to hear meth was involved...

Well, you need to be good and amped up when you're going to war to free souls and stuff.
4.) Swamp Fox - 11/02/2016
Although it would be larger than An Army Of One...:re:
5.) bluecat - 11/02/2016
Were they high capacity magazines? Let's get all the facts people before we just start throwing haymakers.
6.) Swamp Fox - 11/02/2016

Surprisingly, these two were NOT from Florida

Although you have to admit that they were from close to the border...

Which reminds me of the naughty joke about the horny young thing who wanted a boyfriend from South Carolina who lived near the NC line ...LOL

Dude....they had "two to three thousand rounds of ammunition"!!! That's almost what I have sitting on one shelf of my reloading bench!!!!

OK, so it looks like they had two actual "high capacity" mags, and decent stock of mediocre capacity ones (and apparently a good night at the local dog fights).

It's funny what non gun people think of the common stash of an average American sportsman.

At first I thought you were commenting on Chuck's mustache. LOL!

You know after Chuck was born, he drove his mom home from the hospital.

On a kinda', sorta' related note...after 10 months of open carry being legal here I finally saw my first example of someone doing so last night. The wife and I went out to try a little Italian place that just reopened after moving to another building, and after we ordered another couple was seated at the booth across from ours. I glanced over and noticed most of a right-hand holstered full-size 1911 sticking out from under his t-shirt. He was dressed like a slob, but didn't set off any red flags...so good for him. But then I notice that he's wearing a bizarre looking bracelet of some kind on his right wrist. When I get a better look I can see that it's a fairly wide strap of leather with several .45 ACP rounds affixed to it by smaller loops of leather...a miniature ammo belt bracelet.

I'm still trying to figure out that one. Was it just an exercise in, " I can, so I will"? Or was he actually thinking that was a good reload option after exhausting his 7-rd single stack mag in the middle of a firefight? Is he going to call "Timeout!" so hostilities can cease while he pulls cartidges one-by-one from his wrist doohicky and inserts them into his now empty mag (which he'll need to do with his left hand, even though he's clearly right-handed...or at least carrying as though he is)? I don't know. Maybe he just thought it was a stylish accessory.

Almost all the glock mags are 33 rounders. Those mags will fit any glock provided they are same caliber.

LOL! Yet another example of the importance of punctuation.
