Baby back pork ribs. Start It Up at 9:45.




Play With Fire. I will be using a mixture of hickory and Cherry Oh Baby.



Low and slow, Time is on My Side. Sparks Will Fly.


Paint it Black with a mixture of molasses, Brown Sugar and splash of apple cider vinegar on them and wrapped at 2:00. I let them spend some time together. This will be the last time I mess with it till it's done.



It's All Over Now. Took it off the smoker at 5:15





Satisfaction. Wild Horses couldn't drag me away.
