OK, not a recipe or game preservation tip...but this spot needed a new post, so I'm just going to put in a plug for a "hot" sauce (I quote that because it has a little bit of spicy heat, but isn't really hot by any means) that I've grown very fond of, and put in all sorts of things. It's especially good mixed in with ground beef when making hamburgers, meatloaf, etc. It's a very thin sauce, just like regular tobacco, is brownish in color and with a flavor that is reminiscent of A-1 sauce, but with a smoky Chipotle kick to it. I think I'm an addict.

Have you ever given tabasco sauce as a gift and at the last minute saved it for yourself?

Do you ever come on archery forums and talk about tabasco sauce?
