Well our trip from NC to Indiana was jam up! The river was muddy but we still shot a load of fish! Had a mixed bag of silvers, buffs, gar & some bigheads. That river sure has all kinds of chit to shoot at! Friday night we arrived at the river in the dark around 11pm. I had never been on it before, so i was a little leary at first with all the flooding. After a few hours we got into some silvers and starting shooting the hell out of them. We eventually shot a bighead late that weighed in at 35lb 15oz. One of the guys i went with knows Greg , (team Pokaho) , and he talked us into shooting the MABO classic sat night out of Evansville. We didnt have a name as id never shot a tourny before. Called ourselves, Team Reelshot. I was able to meet a few of the guys on BowFishingCountry. Adam Hall, Deerpredator, and Shot , to name the ones i remember. Thanks to Spoonie, for the bow i bought and some info on the river. Bow shot great! Also, Adam i appreciate you giving us a tip or two on what the fish may be doing. On tournament day we met in Evansville and drove back to Kentucky to shoot. We hit the same area and got into fish right where we left off at daylight that morning. By 1030 ,we had shot 3 bigheads and close to 30 silvers. Saw a nice gar and stuck him too! :) We looked for Bigs the rest of the night and passed on the smaller silvers. Finally shot 10 bigs and a few larger silvers to finish up the night. Back at weigh in , we finished 6th with 354lbs. Just one spot out of the money. Kinda sucks and great at the same time.lol. Congrats to Adam with 500+lbs! Great shooting man! Here are a few pics from our shooting and from tourny day. Great event. Probably come back and do it again next year!

Haha... I now remember Bluecat and the photo editing. Makes me scared to add an avatar.

From what I've seen on TV, I feel like I could shoot at those flying carp from now to the end of time and never hit one.

Looks like Lee & Tiffany are shooting the same section of Ohio river that we were on over the weekend. Ironman Bowfishing Tv is in West Kentucky filming them shooting asian bigheads.
