DO IT!!!!

Try this at your own risk.

Put a few in a blender. Spread it out and dehydrate it and then vacuum seal it.

Then eat it the following week.

You can dehydrate chili! Or spaghetti sauce, and some ground hamburger and make some awesome spaghetti. Also pizza sauce, add boiling water and english muffins and you have mini pizzas!

Try the powdered potato soup, instant stuffing and a pouch of chicken, its awesome.

here is a good site

That's a pretty handy site, especially considering that they use the same dehydrator I have at home.

Their "Perk's Chili" recipe is an abomination though (kidney beans, bell pepper, brown sugar, cinammon....sheesh).
28.) Floyd - 11/18/2013
A very handy site. Thanks. I saw new material to share with the Scouts. We have a camp out coming up.

On a side note: I'm looking for to this camp out, one of the Scout Leaders is an Air Force SEER Trainer. He loves outdoor cooking.
29.) NEBigAl - 11/18/2013
Yep its great! Not to mention easy...when Im baching it up I just throw stuff in a one gallon bag and add boiling water. Eat it out of the bag and no dishes! :hb:
30.) Ventilator - 11/18/2013
