I have found that after sitting a long while without seeing much, if you hang your bow and stretch your arms and legs, the deer will come running at that precise moment! You have to show a real lack of attention. They know when you are faking!!

I used to have a friend who was able to induce fish to strike by setting his rod down in the boat and lighting up a cigarette.

Lower your bow out of your treestand, or even better, just your arrows. You will see the biggest buck of your lifetime shortly after you drop the rope.
