1788...1614....whatever. Both were well before the Mars Rover snapped photos of the U.S. flag planted by Neil Armstrong.

Four hundred years? Wow, seems like yesterday. Nations grow up so fast.

She's obviously an anti-Hispanic racist, leaving out the 100+ years of Ay-caramba that was going on before Jamestown introduced the famous English constitution to these shores...Oh, wait...

Perhaps we can send her to the Orient, where she can instead study some High Karate...LOL

I remember that Mattel Tommy Burst well. The neighborhood streets ran red with blood. Or maybe that was just the cherry Kool-Aid we kept spilling.
7.) bluecat - 03/13/2014
Those Tommy burst guns were the coolest things. My friend had one and I was waaay jealous.
8.) Swamp Fox - 03/13/2014
I remember the Johnny Seven (never had one). I probably had a later version of the TommyBurst...Regular "magazine" (not a drum) and it had a little orange thingie that shot out and in, out and in from the muzzle as you fired, to simulate muzzleflash. I remember the day when the gear broke that the spring ran down, creating the rat-a-tat-tat. I musta brought it to three different adults to see if they could fix it. I was heart-broken. Still am, kinda, breaking that toy....:shh:

That ThunderBurp looks really handy, but I never knew it existed...Dratted parents...kept all sorts of things off my radar...It would have been high on my list to Santa for sure....

But back to Sheila Jackson Lee...:wink

I suppose some politicians just don't get any rspect...

I wonder how corpsemen in Gulf ports like Charleston or one of the other 57 states feel about this...

You gotta lot shots in Swampy. Good job buddy.
11.) Swamp Fox - 03/13/2014
I'm sure I missed some, LOL...

Too many shiny objects...:-)
"Look at the corruption..."
Sorry, I missed it. I was too busy seeing the violence inherent in the system.
14.) Swamp Fox - 03/13/2014
LOL...

What we need just about now is a farcical aquatic ceremony to set everything right...
