...but I'm going to be a kid for a day and go see this the when it opens:

I spent my childhood watching all of the cheesy Japanese monster flicks. They were truly awful, but I loved every minute of them. And this looks much better than that Matthew Broderick abomination.

Ill miss ol mathew broderick though
3.) Deerminator - 05/01/2014

The Grand Budapest Hotel was one of the funniest movies Ive seen this year
9.) crookedeye - 05/04/2014
I had about 30 captain America and avenger comic books before I was a teen I'm guessing...if I would of saved them I probally could get maybe 10...20 bucks for them..lol..
10.) Deerminator - 05/04/2014
Ya got any of them old comics?
11.) crookedeye - 05/04/2014

The previews sure looked interesting. Ralph Fiennes is a hell of an actor, I just never imagined him in a quirky comedy. I'm waiting for it to hit DirecTV.
13.) OKY - 05/05/2014
Godzirra! Also watched them as a kid.

DP, do you remember the old 60's black and white sci-fi thriller with the big spider? Man that thing was scary.

Are you talking about Tarantula (1955)? If so, yeah...I remember it well. When I first saw it I was living in a small town in the AZ desert...which really added to the creepiness for me.

I saw this one about the same time, which really helped...because my desert home was crawling with both tarantulas and scorpions, among other fun stuff...

Pretty good animation for 1957.

:applause:

Yep, I think that was it. Certainly there couldn't have been any others like it.
20.) Deerminator - 05/05/2014
