What's being called the most powerful hurricane ever recorded is on track to cut straight across the Mexican state of Jalisco....which is where Tequila comes from.

You can always fall back on mezcal, or vodka. :wink

Do you think it would look bad to go in and save all the century agave plants?
4.) DParker - 10/23/2015
Whew! Never mind. I just recalled that my favorite stuff (which is made from Sotol...so it technically isn't actually Tequila, even though Sotol is a close cousin of Blue Agave, and the stuff is made exactly like Tequila) comes from Chihuahua, along the U.S. border to the north. Specifically, Sotol Hacienda de Chihuahua Anejo...

So the plants should just get a good soaking.

Alright...now I can switch to feeling bad for those in Puerto Vallarta and the area to the south thereof.

Apparently Vikings made it all the way to Mexico at some point.

No. Now, enjoy humming those for the rest of the day.

LOL...

I'm looking forward to the new season.

I've been watching The Bastard Executioner. It's pretty good. My kind of period drama. Couldn't find the love for Downton Abbey, LOL.

That's good to hear. I have them building up on my DVR and haven't gotten around to watching them yet.

I need to remember to put a request in my will that those guys be hired to play at my wake. Of course there'll also be plenty of chips, salsa and guacamole....and at least three margarita machines operating full time. I'm just sorry that I'll miss it.
