It certainly might have (we even have some too). But when I booze up my Blue Bell I usually drizzle on a little Pedro Ximenez Sherry or an inexpensive Porto (ruby or tawny...whatever I happen to have). I have the Sherry (and a bottle of 20-year Warre's Tawny Porto, but I'm not wasting that on ice cream)...but I figured that'd be overkill with the bourbon.
